Do you use FlashMagic with the option "Erase all Flash"?

Yes I did.
The program runned fine could program it with ets and all but the io ports didn't work.
Did you experienced something siilar?

I will try again this weekend, bit already tried is a few times with that chip.
The current one still works ok and reports all 4 temps correctly.

Nice to hear that it works now as expected
From my own experience I can give the advise to carefully double check the programmer connection to the TS-DIL since it is part of the 20pin connector. Make sure you disconnect the BUS before connecting the programmer, otherwise a wrongly connected programmer to the TS-DIL might damage the LPC or even more.

The Erase Option in FlashMagic need to be set to "Erase all Flash" or "Erase blocks used by HEx File". Use the later one only if you know what you are doing. Unchecking both options should be avoided since it leads to a corrupted firmware if the device was NOT empty before!
I recommend to use "Erase all Flash" and re-program the address and application afterwards by using the ETS.
